We offer a variety of SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness classes from Meanporth Beach, Falmouth.
SUP Yoga Fitness is an exciting way to workout, offering different challenges and awesome results from using Stand Up Paddle Boards.
Different postures and exercises are performed on a Stand Up Paddle Board whilst floating on the sea, challenging your balance and creating a fun environment during your practice!

I have been lucky enough to grow up in the beautiful location of Falmouth, Cornwall and even with the occasional bit of rain we have wonderful, tranquil sessions on the water! These sessions happen whenever the tide is high and the water conditions are safe.
Depending on weather conditions, you might want to wear a wetsuit or shorts and vest; this can all be discussed with the Instructor prior to the session.
All equipment is provided and no membership required.

Group Session ( MIN 3/MAX 7)- £15 per person, to be paid before the session via BACS
Block of 6 sessions – £60
One to one sessions – £35
