We will do short term breaks out of season.
We will need a 20% Booking Fee to ensure your reservation. We ask for the balance 6 weeks before your arrival.

Note: Please ensure your arrival is after 3 pm. You will be able to find the key in the key safe by the back door. Before your arrival we need to take a pre-authorised credit/debit card payment of £100 as a deposit to cover extraordinary damages/losses or additional cleaning if necessary. At this time we will issue you with the key code.
We ask that your departure is by 10 am at the latest. This allows us to ensure that the cleanliness and quality of the accommodation meets the highest of standards.

Falmouth is a vibrant seaside town offering plenty of activities whatever the weather.The old fishing port has waterside restaurants and pubs, with interesting boutiques along side high street stores.From the Prince of Wales pier small ferries leave for sightseeing trips to St Mawes, Truro and the famous Helford River area with its boating facilities and large tropical gardens of Glendurgan and Trebah.Falmouth has beautiful safe,sheltered coves with good ammenities,whereas one hours driving would take you to any beach in Cornwall.
